The handicrafts made from 100% natural Amazonian rubber combine the traditional know-how of indigenous communities with modern technology. The latex is extracted from plantations of Hevea Brasiliensis (a tree native to Amazonia), with total respect for the forest's biodiversity.

The Amazonian leaves are produced from a mould, where the rubber is poured before being mixed with natural colourings derived from plants. The result is a 100% natural, biodegradable product made from renewable sources, without the use of petroleum or chemical derivatives.

More than 75 indigenous Amazonian families are members of this cooperative. This work contributes greatly to the economic and social integration of these communities, as part of a sustainable craft project that perpetuates their harmonious lives in the Amazon rainforest.
