This organic fusilli from is made with nothing else but chickpea flour and water. High-protein, vegan and gluten-free. The spiral shape holds onto the sauce while the chickpeas add a mild, nutty flavour. The pasta is bronze-cut to make the surface rough and rustic, so the sauce sticks better.
