This acacia honey with roasted almonds is the ideal companion for desserts or a delicious cheese platter.
Enjoy the combination of the mildly flavoured honey and crunchy, roasted almonds on ice cream, as topping on a cake or as a wonderful cheese pairing. And because it crystallises much slower than other kinds of honey, it always looks good and is always ready to use.
Fun fact: did you know that the acacia tree only blooms for 10 to 15 days a year? The bees have been hard at work and the weather has to be just right for them to produce these golden drops.
