AGEROLA
Planter
Made from a particular clay called Black Soil. This Black Soil clay contains a high proportion of iron oxide, which gives additional strength to the pot structure. Moreover, the clay is mixed with grog – small grains of fired stoneware – which allows for molding much larger pots than with regular clay. The pots are then wood fired into a traditional kiln to reach 1200 degrees. The unglazed fired clay body is very durable and able to withstand harsh weather conditions.
