The perfect combination of sweet and sour, which has therefore a very harmoniously flavour.
This vinegar blended with a splash of olive oil will work perfectly as a summerly and fresh dressing for salads. It can also be used for marinating chicken and fish, or as a flavour enhancer in desserts with nuts, fruits and berries.
