The design comes from a search for details that make every suggestion and quotation contained in the collection simple yet sophisticated.
It is the result of a careful investigation into the long history of Bitossi production preserved in the Bitossi Historical Archive. Sophisticated colours and different materials combined together, as in this case with ceramic and brass.
Each high or low rectangular sculpture vase is cast in white clay inside plaster moulds. After drying and hand-polishing, the brass element is inserted.
Founded in Milan in 2003 by Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci, Dimorestudio is a full-service, global architectural and design studio that spans residential, retail and hospitality projects, in addition to, producing furnishings, textile and lighting designs under the name of Dimoremilano.
Dimorestudio interprets memories and creates dreams.
Dimorecentrale, the new headquarter near Milano Centrale Train Station, is the heart of the business for the 40-plus person team as well as for Dimoregallery, the evocative setting which features rotating installations and collections of the great masters of the 20th century and contemporary designers.
Bitossi Ceramiche, founded at the beginning of the 20th century, remains at its original location in Montelupo Fiorentino, near Florence. Starting by producing typical local handmade objects, this traditional production has been modernised thanks to the artistic direction of Aldo Londi, a man attentive to the evolution of taste and with an innate creative and aesthetic sense. Today is a favorite destination for leading names in the design world, fascinated by the company's historic value and the possibility of creating exclusive collections by the hands of its artisans.
